CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) POLICY

A. PREFACE

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept where organizations take responsibility for the societal impact of their activities. This includes their influence on customers, employees, shareholders, communities, and the environment. Incture Technologies Private Limited recognizes its impact on the community and believes in contributing to societal progress.

Inchara Charitable Trust is a Public Charitable Trust (Not-for Profit) registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 by Incture Technologies Private Limited to plan and execute conscious & impact-oriented CSR Projects in India contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. It is a social enterprise focused on upliftment and development of rural communities in India with impactful and sustainable green project initiatives through Inchara Greenhands Movement.

Inchara undertakes various initiatives under the Inchara Greenhands Movement, such as:

· Farmer Supportive Agroforestry Plantations

· Urban and Institutional Miyawaki Plantations

· Farmer Awareness & Livelihood, Value Addition Training Programs

· Community Fruit Forests – “Phal Vatika”

E. IMPLEMENTATION

· Activity Planning: Activities are categorized as long-term, medium-term, or short-term.

· Executing Agency: CSR initiatives are implemented through the “Inchara Charitable Trust”.

· Budget Allocation: At least 2% of the average net profits of the last three years are allocated for CSR activities.

· CSR Team: A dedicated team oversees CSR policies, budgets, and monitoring mechanisms.

F. MONITORING

The CSR Committee ensures transparency and conducts periodic impact studies. Internal reporting mechanisms ensure proper oversight of CSR expenditures and activities.
